4-H Clubs
With the help of Spartanburg 4-H Coordinator Ginger Bowen, all nine AYC locations have established their own 4-H Clubs. These clubs will focus on fitness and nutrition by utilizing the Jump Into Foods & Fitness (JIFF) curriculum, a program designed to help children develop healthier lifestyles that will improve their overall health. JIFF features various learning activities that teach fun physical games (including warm up and cool down exercises), how to make healthy food choices, and how to practice food safety techniques. Click on JIFF for more information on the curriculum. Click on Clemson Extension's 4-H to learn more about those programs.
